Digital Downloads
Due to the instant nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any digital files (PDFs, JPEGs, or editable templates) once the download link has been sent or accessed.
If you encounter any issues with your file—such as a corrupt download or a typo—please contact us immediately at drooandaya@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you or provide a corrected file.
Physical Products
For physical items shipped to your door, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns on non-personalized physical items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on personalized or custom-made items (items featuring specific names, dates, or custom text) unless they arrive damaged or there was an error on our part.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
