The black foil "congrats" balloon was purchased from AMAZON . I could not find one that says "congrats" only so I ended up purchasing the "congrats grad" balloon.
I made this 4" x 6" retirement funny signs as added decorations and they turned out pretty. These gold frames can be purchased for a dollar at your nearest dollar store.
If you don't have a dollar store near you, you can also find them from AMAZON.
I matched the bottle water labels to the theme and personalized it with the celebrant's names.
Using gold place card holders. I also added the guests names to make the celebration more meaningful and make the guests feel special.

The measurement on the names are the same measurement for business cards, which is 3.5" x 2.0"
Similar to the Menu cards that you normally find at a Wedding and since there is no actual menu, I made something similar to a Menu Card by personalizing it with the celebrant's names.
In case you've never heard of Porto's Bakery, we got this Tiramisu cake from them for around $30 and oh-boy, the cake taste delicious! One of the best Tiramisu cake I have ever had. If you're wondering what's the brown stuff on top of the cake, it is a chocolate flavored pieces. If you love chocolate, this cake will be heaven, I promise!
Lastly for the cake decoration, I added a simple round shape cake topper to match the theme!
